Week 3

Hi Peoples 

Well, day 21, and to be honest, a little bit flat as i have been spoilt with the first two weeks dramatic results. The body is getting a little used to my new regime plus like any thing the further you get into something the harder it gets and the slower the results come. Thats ok tho because those results just taste all the sweeter when you reach them. 

Had a couple of sneaky meals which were not on the list, but hey, i am human and some positive realisations became of them…WHITE CARBS ARE SHITE!
