<p>Well, day 21, and to be honest, a little bit flat as i have been spoilt with the first two weeks dramatic results. The body is getting a little used to my new regime plus like any thing the further you get into something the harder it gets and the slower the results come. Thats ok tho because those results just taste all the sweeter when you reach them.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Had a couple of sneaky meals which were not on the list, but hey, i am human and some positive realisations became of them&#8230;WHITE CARBS ARE SHITE!</p>

<p>Ahh, the end of week 2 of getting ripped quickly. It has been a pretty normal week as far as cravings go and sticking to the diet. Getting used to it now and its&#8217;s becoming easier especially when i can see changes in my physique.</p>
<p>So not too worried about what i am weighing as that can be very misleading when one is losing fat but gaining muscle.</p>

&nbsp; &nbsp;Here is one of the lunches that I eat.</p>
<p>The trick is to find a couple of meals that you like that use the right ingredients and stick with them. This will aid you to get ripped quickly. A meal that I will eat most days for lunch has a good amount of protein and some carbs to keep me going until my next feed which by the way is every 4 hours.</p>
<p>So on the menu is a tuna, bean and chilli salad</p>
<p>The Ingredients are:</p>
<p>185grms tina of tuna</p>
<p>100grms tinned peas</p>
<p>100grms tinned red kidney beans</p>
<p>100grms of snow peas</p>
<p>100grms of soya beans</p>
<p>Chilli flakes</p>
<p>Curry powder</p>
<p>Vinegar</p>
<p>Olive oil</p>
<p>Soya/satay/worsteshire/ sauce (up to you)</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>So mix that all together with enough olive oil, vinegar, soya sauce to give it all abit of a moist texture then fire it down the ol hatch. These amounts I have above are just approximates. More or less is cool and to save a bit of time you could mix up a big batch top last you a few days.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Experiment with the garnishing sauce as I found this made all the difference. So there you go, thats one of the lunches and I will show you a few more over the coming weeks.</p>

<p>The choice of several, an omlet with chicken for protein and steamed veggies for protein and carbs. Preferably eaten within 1 hour of waking up. More about this later.</p>
